Total size of this house is 110 m² and can accommodate up to 8 persons. The common room on the ground floor is bright and comfortable, has exit on the terrace and garden. View of the mountains.

Four bedrooms with king size beds, kitchen with living room on the ground floor, total of 2 bathrooms with shower. Additional kitchen upstairs. Terrace and a balcony. Additional bed in the living room on a fold sofa (130x200cm).

Amenities: electric stove (4), oven (in the upstairs kitchen only), microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffe/tea maker, kettle, washing machine, hair-dryer, 2 x cable TV, Wi-Fi in the house, grill on the terrace, parking in front of the house.

In the off season, the house can be split into two, completely separated apartments #4 and #5.

You pay a 2% commission upon booking. With this, you immediately reserve your dates.
Only the basic price of the apartment for (e.g. 3) persons is taken into account in the calculation.
After booking, you will receive a confirmation with the calculation of the exact price.
Mandatory surcharge: Tourist tax 2.5€/person/night and 1.25€/child 7-18 years/night
Possible surcharges: Additional person 7€/night; Final cleaning 20,00€ for shorter stays; Dog 7€/night
